My question is to the Prime Minister. Rents have reportedly increased by 10 per cent since the budget just three months ago. Prime Minister, which of the following is to blame: (a) record-high immigration outpacing new home builds, (b) Labor's toxic taxes on housing, (c) the 15 interest rate rises under Labor, or (d) all of the above?
