The manager raises a point of relevance, and just to deal with this: relevance depends on the circumstances of the question. It's pretty difficult to look at that question and say it's the same as this question. I understand where he's coming from, but when the question raises so many issues—and the question does, about the issue that he was asked about, about paying more—I think the Prime Minister is contesting that as a point. So he is being directly relevant. The Prime Minister will continue.
