(5) requirements for contractors to provide a register of subcontractors and suppliers engaged on a relevant project; and (6) the establishment of a mandatory register of approved industrial relations consultants and mediators. Those are the measures that have been put in place. The measures that have been put in place by this minister are substantive as well—measures that were not in place under the former government.
