My question is to the Infrastructure minister. The New South Wales government's recently announced fix for the 'convict bridge' on the Great Western Highway merely replicates an 1832 one-lane-each-way bottleneck and locks in a hopelessly inadequate business support package. It's all second best while Sydney gets billions. Has the New South Wales government approached you or the federal government for funding for either the roadworks or the support package, and will your government now stump up funding to get us some decent highway access and a support package that genuinely helps our businesses that are dying because of government negligence?
