Yes, that was one part of the question, but the Prime Minister has answered that part of the question early in the answer. I know the member would like a yes or no answer. The Prime Minister needs to be directly relevant. I can't make him answer the question you'd like him to, but as long as he's being directly relevant, he's within the standing orders.
