I have a few acknowledgements to do today of guests in the gallery. I'm pleased to inform the House that present in the front row of the gallery today are hardworking firefighters from the great state of Victoria joining us today. I'm also pleased to inform the House that in the gallery today is Mr Alex Volkanovski, the current and two-time UFC featherweight champion and the first Australian born fighter to win a UFC title. We also have some of the brand-new members of the National Youth Parliament; Councillor Matt Burnett, Mayor of Gladstone Regional Council; and members of the Local Government Association of Queensland. I'm also pleased to inform the House that present in the gallery today is Ms Karen Lloyd AM, the executive officer of Deaf Australia from 2000 to 2013.
