Mr Speaker, I rise on a point of order. The Prime Minister has misled the House in saying that the actions taken by the government were in response to the Murphy report. None of the actions he listed are identified in any of the 31 recommendations, and all had been announced prior to the completion of the report. And I request he correct the record.
