My question is to the Minister for Climate Change and Energy. The Vinnies WA CEO Ann Curran has delivered this damning assessment of life under Labor:

The demand for our support services, particularly for Emergency Assistance, is greater than ever before.

She said:

Not only are people struggling to pay their rent, but they don't have enough money left at the end of the week to buy essentials such as food …

Can the minister who works part-time confirm that the government's failure to deliver its promised $275 power bill cut has ruined Christmas?
