Page 8 of the Climate Change Authority's 2035 targets advice says this:

Expert analysis by the Australian Energy Market Commission projects residential electricity prices will fall by 13% (about 5c/kWh) and average household energy costs will fall by about 20% (around $1,000/year) over the next decade under a coordinated renewables rollout.

That's the direct quote. So it's an entire representation to pretend that that is the member for Solomon's view. He is quoting the advice which is there and is something that the member, I'm sure, knows.
