Before I call the honourable member for Leichhardt, I am pleased to inform the House that we welcome a guest of the Minister for Education, a representative of the Australian Schools Plus, a national non-profit organisation dedicated to closing the education gap. Also in the Special Business gallery is Mr Barry Robson, who has served as president of the Asbestos Diseases Foundation of Australia for more than 20 years, and is retiring.

We also welcome students from Kingswood College in Melbourne, and year 11 students from Monaro High School in the member for Eden-Monaro's electorate.
