I move:

That so much of the standing and sessional orders be suspended as would prevent:

(1) a Minister immediately introducing without notice a Bill for an Act about aged care, and for related purposes;

(2) at the adjournment of the debate on the motion for the second reading, the discussion of a definite matter of public importance commencing; and

(3) any variation to this arrangement being made only on a motion moved by a Minister.
