I know that is the question but, under the standing orders, just as we had the opposition question—'a simple yes/no or figure'—I'm not compelled under the standing orders to ensure that the minister is answering it how you would like. The standing orders refer to being 'directly relevant'. The Treasurer is being directly relevant. He has the call.
