My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer to the Prime Minister's and the Treasurer's repeated refusals to rule out changes to negative gearing. Will the Prime Minister give a commitment to the Australian people that Labor's changes will include grandfathering of pre-existing negative gearing arrangements?
