I would go to the Practicethat it's not a reflection on his character. Describing the now Leader of the Opposition as a hopeless Minister for Home Affairs is an entirely fair comment. It doesn't go to his person. It's a description of the job he did as a minister. It's evidence based, and it's discourse that everyone else in the House has used.
