My question is to the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government. The previous government allocated 83 per cent of its Urban Congestion Fund to Liberal- and National-held electorates. Is congestion an issue only in seats that vote for the Liberals? How is the Albanese government doing things differently?
