on indulgence—As I mentioned to the Leader of the Opposition, we aren't going to go to indulgence speeches on this, but, Mr Speaker, I am sure you will join me in expressing our sincere condolences to the family of Mr David Irvine, who has passed away. He was chair of the Foreign Investment Review Board. He has been an outstanding servant of this country. He has put absolute meaning into the title of 'public servant'. He has worked over his entire life to pursue the national interests of our country. He is a great patriot, and he will be a big loss to our country. I want to thank him for his great service to our nation. I would ask the House to confirm our great sense of loss and our sympathies to his family.
