What I was saying at the time was that the grant funding programs are properly administered, and in fact the ANAO have on numerous occasions indicated that relevant grant funding programs have been properly administered.

In relation to particular grants that were awarded under the Safer Communities Fund, I think it's important to note that a lot of the funding that went towards these programs came from proceeds of crime, so it was money that was actually taken from criminals and rediverted into the community.
