The Leader of the Opposition's question went to and used the precise words 'independent contractors'. What Labor wants to pretend in this House is that it is somehow a matter of some simplicity or ease or wisdom to go across and make a decision to set remuneration standards for the eight to nine per cent of the economy that are independent contractors.
