I'd ask the Minister for Industrial Relations to add to this, but that is why, in the changes that we're bringing forward into this place, we are creating the pathway from non-permanent work—casual work and other forms of work—into permanent employment. This is why we're seeking to do exactly that. If someone is in a temporary form of employment, in a casual form of employment, then—
