My question is also to the Minister for Industry, Science and Technology. Can the minister confirm that, of the $1.5 billion of manufacturing funds announced in the recent budget, only $43 million, or less than three per cent, will be spent this financial year? Why is the government always focused on the announcement and not the delivery?
