I am seeking your clarification because there have been a range of occasions, particularly when individual ministers have been under pressure, where something that would not otherwise have been in order has been treated as in order because they had made statements to the House. Yesterday afternoon, at the end of question time, in the final answer the Prime Minister gave an answer which, if it had been in the form of a question, offended every single example you have just referred to.
