Whilst the Minister for Energy and Emissions Reduction was making his way to the dispatch box, there was an unparliamentary and offensive comment made by the member for Chifley. It was clearly heard by many within the chamber. He should have the decency to withdraw it without direction. If he doesn't do so, I'd ask you to direct him to withdraw it.
