Did the government use the same processes that it followed when it gave an almost half-a-billion-dollar contract to the secretive Paladin Group, that it followed when it gifted almost half a billion dollars to the Great Barrier Reef Foundation and that it is following in the tender for the government's privatisation of visa processing, where one of the tenderers is a company run by a friend of the Prime Minister?
