The program is settled by the Leader of the House in consultation with, of course, ministers and with the Parliamentary Liaison Office. The legislation to which the Deputy Leader of the Opposition refers, the divestment bill, is part of that program, and I can confirm that it has not been removed from the Notice Paper.
