I move opposition amendment (1) circulated in my name:
(1) Schedule 3, item 2, page 90 (line 13), omit "1 July 2017", substitute "1 July 2018".
There is no need to add to my earlier remarks. I have articulated why Labor believes the bill should be amended so as to change the start date from 1 July 2017 to 1 July 2018.
