Mr Pyne interjecting—

The Leader of the House will cease interjecting. I've told him on numerous occasions, notwithstanding his position. I'm trying to listen to points of order and the question. He makes it very difficult, particularly when he's in charge of asking me to rule the question out of order. The member for McMahon will repeat the first part of his question.
