by leave—I want to endorse the remarks of the member for Menzies. I thank him for chairing the NDIS committee and I thank him and other members for the work they have done. I want to add one point. Listening to the people who campaigned so strongly for the National Disability Insurance Scheme now expressing their concerns in the way that the member for Menzies outlined is actually heartbreaking, particularly for people with disability. We should never, ever forget that the driving mission of the NDIS is to improve the lives of people with disability. The task for all of us is to make sure that that driving mission is achieved. I commend the report to the House.
