are declining, if you are in an environment—which the Labor Party will create—where property prices are on the slide, then people will not want to buy new houses. Homebuyers will hang off. When young couples buy a new house, do you think they buy it on the basis that it is going to go down? I do not think so. They buy it because they hope it will appreciate.
