My question is to the Prime Minister. This year, when asked by Andrew Bolt about removing the words 'insult' and 'offend' from the Racial Discrimination Act, the Prime Minister said he was 'very comfortable about that'. There is now a bill before the Senate which does exactly that. Does the Prime Minister stand by his comments?
