That in accordance with the provisions of the Intelligence Services Act 2001, Mr Clare and Mr Dreyfus be discharged from the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security and that, in their place, Mr B. C. Scott and Mr Dreyfus be appointed members of the committee.
