I am delighted to take a question from the member for Richmond about health and hospitals funding, and what she says is complete rubbish. From 1 July 2014, the funding guarantees of the National Health Reform Agreement have been removed and new indexation arrangements for Commonwealth funding will come into effect from 2017-18.
