My question is to the Prime Minister. This Prime Minister promised he would deliver a fair budget. How is it fair for this Prime Minister to, on one hand, impose a $2.2 billion petrol tax and, on the other hand, provide $22 billion in a paid parental leave scheme to millionaires?
