My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer to the Prime Minister's commitment before the election that under the coalition there will be no cuts to health, no cuts to education and no change to pensions. Will the Prime Minister confirm, irrespective of what his 'commission of cuts' recommends, that health, education and the pension are safe from the Abbott axe?
