We know something about the Leader of the Opposition: he is all opposition and no leadership. The other thing that we know about him is that he likes to go the biff. He has been attempting to have this makeover—'soft Tony'. What he has been doing behind the scenes is going the biff on the Liberal premiers to try and stop them from adopting this model.
