Order! The member for Mayo is not above the standing orders of this House and his contempt most days during question time and the display that he has shown this morning leads me to believe that a good reading of the standing orders would not do him any harm. I ask the Leader of the House to withdraw the remarks that he made about the member for Mayo to assist the operations of the chamber.
