Madam Deputy Speaker, I have a supplementary question to the Prime Minister. If, as the Minister for Resources says, the resources boom is over, just seven weeks after the introduction of the mining tax, then where is the Prime Minister going to find the $15 billion of mining tax spending that appears in the budget over the next four years?
