I would just like to get some clarification from the minister. The minister has just informed the House that the Cooper review recommended opt in. I would like to ask the minister to specify exactly which recommendation of the Cooper review recommended opt in, given that the Cooper review did not deal with the question of financial advice but with the question of superannuation.
