I inform the House that we have present in the gallery this afternoon a delegation of former members of the Canadian and the New Zealand parliaments, including the Hon. Peter Milliken, former Speaker of the Canadian House of Commons. I say to former Speaker Milliken that he should not overly show his amusement at my discomfort during this question time. I do, however, note the benefits of being a former Speaker: he appears to be in robust health. On behalf of the House, I extend a very warm welcome to our visitors.
