Mr Speaker, I rise on a point of order. I hesitate to use the phrase that you talked about before, but I cannot understand how this could possibly be directly relevant. It is an unmitigated attack on the Leader of the Opposition—a weak attack on the Leader of the Opposition as well—in a question about family tax payments.
