Mr Speaker, on a point of order: on page 554 of the House of Representatives Practice it is quoted that the Procedure Committee said that we would only see a change on the question of relevance if there was a change of attitude, which we were meant to see with the new paradigm. Clearly that question, which was supposed to deal with the effect of the tax and jobs, is not being answered by the Treasurer and, unless we are operating under the old paradigm, he is out of order.
