Commemoration of the 2nd Anniversary of the Black Saturday Bushfires
Kevin Rudd Griffith, Australian Labor Party, Minister for Foreign Affairs
4:50 pm
I ask leave of the House to move a motion to enable the member for Menzies to speak for 16 minutes.
Leave granted.
I move:
That so much of the standing orders be suspended as would prevent the member for Menzies speaking in reply to the minister’s statement for a period not exceeding 16 minutes.
Question agreed to.
