My question is to the Prime Minister. I refer the Prime Minister to the case of the Henty Public School in New South Wales, which is being charged $238,000 for consultancy fees and plans for an $850,000 grant under the Primary Schools for the 21st Century program, while St Paul’s Lutheran Primary School, just down the road, which also received an $850,000 grant, is also paying $31,000 for consultancy fees and plans—another example of scandalous waste and mismanagement.
