I rise to speak in support of the International Monetary Agreements Amendment (Financial Assistance) Bill 2009. I listened to the contribution from the member for North Sydney in silence. That contribution is characteristic of all we saw about the Howard coalition government—and he was a senior member of the government—sloppy, slothful, lazy and lethargic.
