Order! I am now going to take the very unusual step of asking the Prime Minister to take his place before I give him the call again. The House has just agreed without dissent to a procedural motion that, no matter what the feelings are about this package of bills, allows a debate of eight members. I appreciate that this means that the overwhelming majority of members have voted against their ability to participate in this debate. That does not give any of them the right to try to win the debate by interjection. It will not be. I believe that, if the House has agreed without dissent that we would be best served if we were to have the debate with minimal interference, that means the jeering and the cheering is not helpful.
