Mr Speaker, I rise on a point of order. I am not sure what this is exactly. The standing orders are very clear about the matter of public importance and about what time it takes place. We have a ministerial statement that has been scheduled as requested—I might add by you and by the members opposite. Proper notice has been given. It is the next item on the agenda, and I ask you to call it on.
