We can all judge. When Paul Keating said, ‘Question time is a courtesy extended to the House by the executive branch of government,’ he was vilified, and subsequently people said that this was a real sign of arrogance. I think people have to rethink that, because what we have now is a real sign of arrogance, if it is not just a total misunderstanding of the impact of what has been proposed.
