I move:

That the amendments be agreed to.

For the information of honourable members who were not here previously, it was agreed between the government and the opposition that the debate on both of these bills would occur on the first bill. We have had that debate, and therefore I commend the amendments to the Workplace Relations Legislation Amendment (Independent Contractors) Bill 2006 to the House.
