Does the Department of the House of Representatives or the Department of Parliamentary Services own and have responsibility for Hansard volumes kept at Commonwealth parliamentary offices.

(2)

Are Hansard volumes assessed for conservation; if so (a) how frequently and (b) with what result; and

(3)

What is the annual cost of conserving Hansard volumes.
