That all words after ‘That’ be omitted with a view to substituting the following words:The House reaffirms the right of all members to assert their views on each and every bill that comes before the House and deplores, in particular, the Government’s determination to restrict debate on the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Amendment Bill 2006.
