Minister, with regard to the issue of competitive neutrality, could I draw your attention to the fact that the Acting President of the National Competition Council, Mr David Crawford, is also the Chairman of the Westralia Airports Corporation, which has the lease of Perth Airport. I am wondering whether it is appropriate that someone who would be overseeing the whole process of competitive neutrality is involved in a corporation that is seeking to deny the residents and ratepayers of the city of Belmont their due rates under that very policy that he is supposed to be enforcing. I would think that there is a conflict of interest there, and I would be interested in the minister’s comments.
